We will not sell or provide any information to any third person that concerns the purchaser. This involves any information that is gathered during a sale or creating an account on our website.
Wholesale Inquiries
Lunar Essence is sold currently online and within Eclips Salon and Spa, in McLean, Virginia. We hope to expand to more stores soon. To prevent fire or serious injury
Always trim wick to 1/4 inch before lighting and keep debris out of wax pool. Never burn longer than 4-hour intervals. Set candle on heat-resistant surface and avoid drafts. Always burn within sight and extinguish before leaving room. Don’t burn near things that catch fire. Keep away from children and pets. Don’t extinguish with water. Always let wax harden before relighting, touching or moving.

Orders are not processed on federal holidays and delivery to PO Boxes may take up to three to seven business days.

We do provide free standard shipping on orders over $75. This is automatically applied to your cart when checking out.

Delivery estimates depend on the processing time and transit. Stocked items will be shipped immediately as for pre-orders and out of stock items may have a slightly more wait time. If this is the case, we will keep you updated about your order(s) and shipment dates.
Return & exchange policy
Thank you for shopping at Lunar Essence! Our main focus is to ensure our Customer's satisfaction and if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your product to us for a refund or an exchange within 14 days of purchase.

Returns:
Email us at lunaressenceco@aol.com and let us know what the issue is. All returned items must be in new and unused condition. All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. Shipping return fees are at the customer's expense. Please ensure the the invoice, along with the items that came in your order(s) are included and mail your return to the following address

Refunds:
Once we receive your item, you will receive an email explaining our next steps. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment (excluding shipping and handling charges). If you paid with a Gift card or E-Gift card from our website, we will reissue you a new one through email. Once the return is processed, we will send an email confirmation of your credit. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
